Glossary

“IMF” or “We” or “US” or “Our” – means IMF Magdalena Dorko – Wojciechowska with a registered office at 31 Borsucza street, 02-213 Warsaw, Poland

When and what data do We collect?

    • e) when User contacts Administrator (by phone, email, via chat),

  2. Services, depending on their choice, collect the following data, including Users’ Personal Data: name, surname, e-mail address, contact details and password, information about the browser or devices used to use Website, web browser and operating system.

For what purpose do We use personal data?

  1. Users’ Personal Data are processed for the purposes of services provided via the Website, such as purchasing products, submitting product inquiries or using other services

  2. Users’ Personal Data may also be processed for the purposes of marketing the Administrator’s own services.

  6. Based on Personal Data, the Administrator will not make automated decisions against You, including decisions resulting from profiling.

  7. Providing Personal Data is voluntary, but not providing it may prevent You from using some of the services provided via Website.

Security of Personal Data

  1. In order to ensure data integrity and confidentiality, the Administrator has adopted a Data Protection Policy that comprehensively sets out the principles of Personal Data Protection. Administrator has implemented procedures enabling access to Data only to authorized persons and only to the extent necessary due to the tasks performed by them.

  2. Administrator applies organizational and technical solutions to ensure the registration of any activities on Personal Data and the traceability of persons performing these activities.

  3. The Administrator shall exercise due diligence so that the cooperating entities give guarantees of applying appropriate security measures whenever they process Personal Data at the request of the Administrator.

  4. Administrator carries out risk analysis on an ongoing basis and monitors the adequacy of the data security used for the identified threats.

Who has access to your personal data?

  1. Access to Your Personal Data is provided to recipients who help us maintain the Information and communications technology (ICT) system in which Users’ accounts are kept, orders are processed, commercial and marketing information are being provided together with courier services. Including GetResponse Sp. z.o.o. based on 6/a3 Arkońska street, 80-387, Gdańsk, Poland.

  2. All our employees and associates who have access to Your Personal Data have been individually authorized to process this Data and have been instructed about their obligations to protect the privacy of our clients.

How long do We store Your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data will be stored for the duration of the contract. In addition, after termination of the contract, Your Data will be stored due to the obligations arising from accounting and tax regulations, for its duration, and for reasons of legal security, until any claims expire. To the extent that the basis for the processing of Your Data is consent, Your Data will be processed until its withdrawal (information on the basis of processing can be found above, in the section “For what purpose do We use personal data?”). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the integrity with Applicable Laws of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. What rights do Users have?

  1. You have right to:

    • a) access to Your Personal Data (i.e. check what Data is processed by the Administrator, obtain its copy, as well as obtain information about for what purpose and on what legal grounds the Administrator processes the Data of a specific User, to whom it is disclosed and when will be removed)

    • b) correct Your Personal Data (in case that it turns out to be incorrect),

    • c) complete Your Personal Data (in case that it turns out to be incomplete),

    • d) transfer of Your Personal Data (i.e. transfer of Data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format e.g. txt., pdf., odt., doc., rtf., jpeg., XML, JSON, CSV),

    • e) request to limit the processing of Your Personal Data (We will then only be able to store your Personal Data),

    • f) delete Your Personal Data.

  3. In conjunction with the processing of Your Personal Data by Us, You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority. The legal position is currently the President of the Personal Data Protection Office * (https://giodo.gov.pl/pl/493).

„Cookies” policy

  1. Website and Services automatically collect, in particular, the IP address, browser type, operating system and information contained in Cookie files.

  2. Cookie files (so-called “Cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

  3. The entity placing Cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the Administrator.

  4. Cookies are used to:

    • a) adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of Website; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
