November 2019

Sandwiches are an important element of our menu. We used to eat them in the morning and evening and their main food group is carbohydrates, which can mix even more in an already dysfunctional system. That is why today we offer sandwiches that are tasty, rich in nutrients and quite non-standard.`

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 300g of truly smoked fish

Dill paste:

  • 1 avokado
  • a bunch of fennel
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • salt

Pumpkin with Parma ham and olive paste

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 300g of Parma ham

Olive paste:

  • 1 cup of dried olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into rings.
  2. Heat the oven to 180C.
  3. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and place the pumpkin on it.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the rings. It is important that when using toothpicks, it needs to be soft, but do not to fall apart.
  5. During this time, put all paste ingredients separately in the mixers and create thick pastes.

Important!
Pour olive oil on the olives 2 days earlier and set aside in the fridge!
