Kale and pineapple smoothie

Smoothie meets the body’s vitamin requirements. It is a fantastic solution for chronically ill people and those who are suffering from digestive disorders. Rich in fiber, it supports the prosperity of intestines and at the same time provides nutrients. Applied to the daily menu, regenerates and nourishes. Kale is ideal for preparing this type of nutritional bombs. It provides the body with large amounts of fiber, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, K and minerals (calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese) and is invaluable for its chlorophyll and folate content.


  • 50 g of kale, washed, drained, stalk-free
  • 200-300 g pineapple peeled and cut into smaller particles
  • 1 large apple
  • a piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm)
  • optional: honey, fresh apple juice, linseed
  1. Place kale, pineapple and peeled apple without seed nests in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, sweeten with a little honey.
  3. You can also add linseed beforehand poured on with boiling water. Then the consistency can be thicker so fresh apple juice can remedy it.
